Suddenly, a large mechanical claw fell from the ceilling, closly folled by a three foot tall white furred rat, missing an arm. The rat had an intricate mask of bronze and steel. Quickly the rat grabbed the claw and leaped into a corner. He reatached the arm and looked around. He walked up to the bar and in a rasping voice said:

"Do you have-have any te... tequ... tequila."

"You are the first living thing I have met who has not wondered about my mask and arm, are such things common where you come from? or do you lack any curiosity?"

Ikit Claw sounds puzzled

"I don't particularly give a flying fuck about you" he explains, leaning back in his seat.

"But feel free to share the story."

"I like your attitude, if more people had it there would be a lt less unexplaned deaths in the empires of men and skaven."

He went on to explain about his apearence., "My face was badly burned and the mask is a symbol of the last bit of kindness left in me, and I needed a new arm so Imade this one."

"But one more thing, Wahat is Amber?"

"My home."

He stares at the thing, levelly.

"A city. A world. A universe."

"Why have I never heard of it if it is so big?"

He pauses deep in thought, then smashes his claw down on the bar.

"I remeber a mention to a city in an ancient text from the empire, It said a city with blue and gold spires, said to be home to the gods themselves."

"Oh, really?"

Random's smirk is quite wide.

"Fancy that."

"What are you hiding thing? I know you aren't human but what are you?"

"Merely of Amber."

He shrugs, with one shoulder.

"Is there anything you truly need to know?"

In fact there was.

"How will warpstone react to this environment?"

Since all the things he had with him were at least fifty percent warpstone, this was rather important.

"Will it explode and burn a big hole in the wall, act dormant or act normally?"

"Depends what warpstone is, I imagine."

He glances him up and down.

"If it's violent, I wouldn't try it."

"Warpstone is a magical kind of material that not only greatly boosts my magick but also emits high levels of radiation."

And then as an after thought.

"And it's my only way to get home."

"Try the door."

The door generally works.

"Or... can you see it?"

"If you don't remmber I didn't come through the door, I magicaly ripped a hole through eighteen different universes sixteen of them were red windmill in different languages."

"And can I see What?"

"The door."

He gestures at the appropriate space.

"I don't particularly care how you came, it's how you go that matters."

"I'm not sure about you, but I can see an extremely powerful looking magical barrier guarding that door , and I would not go near it without at least one ton of pure unrefined warpstone. So will the warpstone work?"

"No. The barrier'll let you pass."

He gestures at it.

"Go on, try."

Ikit Claw crept towards the door, as if sneaking up on it might help. Under his breath, he muttered curse on every magical thing within fifty miles if this fried him, and leapt through the door
