Long time no update

b) work is exhausting

d) this means I am now Doing Things
e) like going out of town this weekend! Woooot, Stratford Festival.
The Christ Play is going well, my shifts are wonderful and manageable. I'm fiddling with layouts for E.S. (sekritmwahaha) and having a ball, because hello Pele.
My teeth are hurting, meh.
And I'm really fucking frustrated with having to phone my dad at night to see if I can get rides to work with him (it's six dollars busfare a round trip, which is a whole hour, basically, and I don't want to have to afford that) and trying to talk to him while he's high.
He tends to smoke up at night. As in, ALWAYS smokes up at night, to the point where he can hardly answer the phone. On the one hand, he had the most traumatizing childhood ever, so I can understand it. On the other, it's still pretty freaky.
Am v. glad he does not live with us any more, methinks. Although I have to say, I didn't figure OUT he did that much pot until... two years ago? Maybe less?
