My problem with it is they're all like 'wah, wah, women are opressed' and I'm starting to reach the point where I'm like 'so stop fucking writing sociology textbooks and go out there and DO something about it. I'm a woman and it's not stopping ME.' It's not that I don't believe in gender equality, or that I think it's anywhere near reached, I just think bitching about it repeatedly is not the way to solve the problem.
That feels better now that it's said.
This summer, I'm going to be living on campus, but with a stove and kitchen rather than a meal plan at the cafeteria. My life is looking UP. The one thing I have disliked about school is the sketchy mystery meat. :D I might even take a lighter courseload and regain some time for RP. *misses it, woes*
